Our Story

Grant grew up watching his mom and his aunt work in real estate. He wanted to build something that took the pressure off their plate. He dropped out of Purdue, bet on himself, and built Dovetail from the ground up. He does not stop.

Kareem earned two degrees in aviation at Purdue before building the backbone of Dovetail Collective. He built the first website, keeps the books, and makes sure everything runs clean. He is the kind of person who makes the whole team better just by showing up.

Tanner studied sales at Purdue and spent time grinding in logistics before he found his way to Dovetail. Turns out, he and Grant grew up right next to each other. Since going full time, he has been cold calling every single day and not looking back.

Bailey grew up next door to Grant and came back around through Instagram years later. He has a background in high ticket sales and helped build the foundation of how Dovetail connects with agents. When he is on, there is nobody better in the room.
